Founded in 1942, Quincalux has proudly remained a family-owned business. In 2024, the company entered a new chapter under the leadership of mother-and-daughter duo Martine Reijnaers and Claire Juliard. Their mission is to expand international sales and share the timeless story and craftsmanship behind our collections with a broader audience.

Guided by a strong commitment to sustainability and an authentic, human approach to client relationships, we are strengthening our global presence. As part of this growth, we are seeking a results-driven International Sales Developer to help us expand into strategic markets including Europe, North America, and the Middle East.

Your Mission

1. Business Development & Prospection

Act as a true hunter: identify and establish partnerships with new dealers (e.g. premium architectural hardware showrooms) across the globe.
Proactively approach top interior architects, leveraging fairs, events, and personal networks to secure new specifications.
Discover and onboard new international agents who share our values of craftsmanship and authenticity.

2. Account Management

Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring they feel the personal and transparent service that defines Quincalux
Guide partners in communicating the story of handmade Belgian design and the value of sustainable solid brass hardware
Act as a trusted partner to distributors, agents, and key accounts
Animate current international agents

3. Market Development

Explore new markets and opportunities in the luxury design and architecture sector.
Represent Quincalux at international fairs, proudly sharing our Belgian heritage and sustainable philosophy.
Provide market insights to refine our global strategy and product development.

Your Profile

A focused sales leader: energetic, proactive, and motivated by opening doors and closing deals.
Proven track record in international sales, ideally in design, architecture, or premium building materials.
Strong prospection and negotiation skills, with resilience and perseverance.
Passion for design, craftsmanship, and sustainable products.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Entrepreneurial spirit, results-oriented, and eager to represent a brand with authentic values.
