Technical Business Analyst - Banking - London - hybrid (3 days in office)

An experienced Technical Business Analyst with Card Payments experience is required by a challenger bank to work on an upgrade to their Card Payments platform. The role will require knowledge and experience of cards platforms & infrastructure, APIs, Apple Pay & Google Pay, and card-related app functionality.

In addition to the essential domain knowledge, you will, of course, need to display the core business analysis skills such as stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and producing requirement specifications.

As a Technical BA, you will be required to understand the solution at a technical level and be able to produce a high-level solution design.

The initial phase of the project is to analyse the ability of their current card processor's APIs to provide features to customers such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, card cancellation, freeze cards etc. Based on those findings, you will work on the implementation of said functionality or assist in sourcing a provider that can.
