Business Analyst - Corporate Payments Technology

Role Summary:

As a Business Analyst within the Corporate Payments Technology team, you will be at the forefront of transforming payment systems. Your expertise will drive efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements related to corporate payments systems.
Design and document payment system enhancements.
Communicate with stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
Optimize payment processes and propose solutions.
Participate in testing and ensure regulatory compliance.
Support change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in corporate payments technology.
Knowledge of payment protocols (SWIFT, BACS, CHAPS, etc.).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
