Position: Industrial Engineer

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Duration: 6-9 months Contract on W2

Job Description:

We have a new Industrial Engineering Role available with a client of ours in Indiana.

Requirements:

Industrial Engineering Degree or experience 3-5 years Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field

3-5 years of experience in an Industrial Engineering role

Prior experience in the Medical Device industry is highly preferred

Proven expertise in process optimization, workflow analysis, and time/motion studies

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making

Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional team environments Medical Device
