Location: On-site in Redmond, WA

Shifts: 2 Positions Available - 2nd Shift & Weekend Shift

Experience: Min. 2 years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview:

We're seeking two hands-on Manufacturing Engineers to support on-site operations in Redmond, WA. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes, enhance quality, reduce variability, and support production flow. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience and a passion for driving efficiency and innovation on the factory floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, identifying root causes
Develop and improve manufacturing processes and documentation
Balance production lines and implement best practices
Lead process validations, tooling installation, and equipment qualification
Collaborate on DFx (Design for Excellence) improvements
Enhance material handling, ergonomics, and safety in production
Train assembly teams on new or revised processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
2+ years in process development, design, or validation
Strong data analysis and organizational skills (preferred)
