Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis located in Toronto, ON, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Director will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial reporting. They will analyze financial data, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide strategic recommendations to support business decisions. The role also involves managing a team and collaborating with various departments to ensure financial health and operational efficiency.

Financial Planning and Financial Modeling skills
Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
Expertise in Financial Reporting
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in financial software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
Significant experience in financial analysis or a related role
