What will you be doing?
Handle client calls on reimbursements and chargebacks
Process reimbursements for clients and merchants
Follow scripts and privacy guidelines
Support fraud team with investigations
What do you bring?
Bilingual in French and English, with especially strong English communication skills.
Highly detail oriented.
Able to multitask and be adaptable to take on new duties.
Must located within the location.
