My client is seeking a Software Engineer to help design and build high performance backend systems that power a next generation merchant platform. This is a chance to work in a small, empowered team where your ideas won't just be heard, they'll shape products used by businesses across the world.

About the Role:

You'll be working across backend services, portals, and payment processing platforms, delivering clean, scalable, and testable code. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll collaborate closely with teammates to solve real world challenges, improve processes, and bring innovative solutions to market.

With exposure to a broad tech stack (Java, C#, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, databases, CI/CD, and more), you'll have the opportunity to deepen your expertise while contributing to products that make a tangible difference for merchants.

Key Requirements:

3-5 years' software engineering experience.
Strong OO programming skills (Java, C#, or similar).
Web development knowledge - HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
Database design and development experience.
Familiarity with Linux or Windows development environments.
Understanding of design patterns, refactoring, and OO design principles.
Collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in different project setups.
