The Work
We are seeking an experienced Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems Engineer to join our team. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with industry-leading design professionals and contribute to groundbreaking projects. As an experienced engineering professional, your responsibilities will include:
Creating and/or reviewing operational concepts
Developing systems, software, and subsystem requirements
Defining external and internal interfaces
Creating and/or reviewing algorithms
Developing a traceability Matrix of subsystem requirements
Allocating requirements to various engineering disciplines
Developing technical solutions to complex problems
Creating test plans, test procedures, and reports
Executing integration, verification, and validation tests

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics degree (STEM) degree.
Extensive experience in engineering, particularly in the integration of digital and analog Electronic Warfare (EW), radar, and/or communication systems (such as satellite communications systems, radio frequency systems, and other related technologies).
Proficient with Radio Frequency (RF) test equipment, such as signal generators, signal/spectrum analyzers and network analyzers.
Proficient in MATLAB, C+ and/or Python.
Experience verifying system requirements, interfaces, and architectures for complex systems.
Ability to obtain a US government security clearance.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Electronic Support (ES) and/or Electronic Attack (EA) development and integration
Familiarity with the Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming Database (EWIRDB).
Experience programming the Combat Electromagnetic Environment Simulator (CEESIM), including the System Under Test (SUT).
Experience leading a team of engineers.
Requirements management tool experience (such as the Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS).
Understanding of I/Q (In-phase and quadrature) processing and generation.
Experience with software or firmware development.
Proven experience in managing program financials
Skilled in developing and writing contract proposals.
