Role Objective: We are seeking an exceptionally bold, creatively driven, and strategically astute Senior Marketing & Curriculum Manager to define and elevate the creative identity, distinctive voice, and compelling storytelling of Redken Education. This pivotal leadership role will be instrumental in crafting the narrative and purpose behind our education offerings, ensuring they are not only compelling and relevant but also transformative for salon professionals worldwide. Working in close collaboration with education leaders, the broader marketing team, our esteemed artists, and key internal stakeholders, this individual will be the architect of the marketing and brand identity for our cutting-edge curricula. They will build a powerful, industry-leading educational portfolio and champion the indispensable role of education in shaping the future of the hair industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing messaging strategies that inspire, inform, and drive conversion--whether it's for a new Redken Exchange, certification programs, an immersive in-salon training experience, in-studio education, or groundbreaking digital learning modules.
Key Responsibilities
Redken Education Branding: Strategic Vision & Creative Direction
Drive the creative vision and brand identity for Redken Education, ensuring a unified, aspirational narrative.
Craft purpose-driven storytelling that highlights the unique value and transformative impact of Redken education.
Ensure all educational content and assets are fully aligned with Redken marketing, new product launches, and brand campaigns.
Monitor industry trends and innovation to maintain cutting-edge and relevant educational offerings.
Redken Education Curriculum Design & Excellence
Collaborate to write, structure, and refine educational curricula for soundness, relevance, and engaging outcomes.
Maintain consistent standards for tone, voice, brand messaging, and measurable learning outcomes across all platforms.
Lead the development of comprehensive facilitator guides, learner materials, and promotional assets.
Implement robust feedback mechanisms for continuous curriculum assessment and improvement.
Communication and Go To Market Plan
Lead the conceptualization and execution of comprehensive marketing plans to drive awareness, engagement, and attendance for all educational offerings.
Manage the education marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with broader brand launches and strategic priorities.
Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to promote Redken education across all digital and physical channels.
Establish KPIs, analyze marketing performance data, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Oversee and manage the marketing budget allocated for educational initiatives.
Required Qualifications
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the beauty or salon industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital education or content strategies.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and influencer marketing.
Strong understanding of the Beauty Industry
Proactive and results oriented thinker who would flourish in an entrepreneurial environment
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs.
Communicates clearly and succinctly in both oral and written forms
Ability to translate product initiatives into relevant, Pro-facing brand educational and social moments
Ability to collaboratively work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Must demonstrate strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with proven multi-tasking and project management skills
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
