What You Will Do:
As a Business Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in supporting digital transformation and analytics initiatives across our organization. You will collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and analytics teams to manage change requests, reporting, and dashboard updates, while gaining hands-on experience with modern data and project management tools.
How You Will Do It:
KetteQ Change Requests:
Update and maintain scripts within Azure Data Factory pipelines
Coordinate deployment requests and communicate changes to IT teams
Falcon JIRA Board Management:
Update and track tickets
Follow up with ticket assignees to ensure timely progress
Notify stakeholders of status changes and resolutions
Power BI Dashboard Access & Updates:
Process dashboard access requests within Power BI workspaces
Implement small dashboard changes and enhancements as needed
Panaya for FSL Pilot Project:
Create and manage tests and tasks within Panaya
Capture and organize screenshots and documentation for project deliverables
Ad Hoc Reporting:
Respond to business requests for data and analytics
Prepare and deliver reports using available tools and data sources
What We Look For
Required Qualifications:
Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
Pursuing a degree in [insert degree]
An effective communicator to all levels of the organization
Must have demonstrated computer skills, including use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, etc.) is a plus
Experience with project management or ticketing systems (JIRA, Panaya) is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrates an ability to learn quickly and independently
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) preferred
Strong problem-solving skills

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $21.00-$24.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
