Overview:

Kuros Biosciences, Inc. is seeking a proactive forward-thinking Digital Transformation Specialist to drive and support initiatives that modernize and optimize our business operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bridging the gap between business teams and technology, with a strong focus on collaboration, process design, and technical execution. This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of the Sandy Springs office.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Engagement, Process Analysis and Design

Collaborate with business representatives and cross-functional teams to understand strategic goals, operational challenges, and digital needs.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions to gather requirements and identify transformation opportunities.
Analyze existing processes and systems to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for optimization and automation.
Design future-state processes using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN, ensuring efficiency, scalability and compliance.
Develop business cases and ROI analyses to propose transformation activities and initiatives.

Implementation of Initiatives

Translate business needs into technical solutions, working closely with business units and IT.
Closely collaborate with 3rd party providers and consultants, if required.
Lead implementation projects, build and deploy digital solutions using, i.e.
BPM and KPI tools on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
Custom scripting (i.e. Python, JavaScript, SQL) for integrations and automation
AI/ML models for intelligent automation
Integrate systems and data sources using APIs and cloud services (e.g., Azure and various Saas solutions) in alignment with application and data architecture.
Assist business teams in the rollout of new processes and tools to the organization.

Change Management & Continuous Improvement

Support change management efforts including training, documentation, and user adoption strategies.
Monitor solution performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Stay current with emerging technologies and digital trends to build opportunities for further innovation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, business process improvement, or IT consulting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Business Process Modeling: BPMN, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP)
Low-Code Platforms: Microsoft Power Platform
RPA Tools: UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
Programming/Scripting: Python, JavaScript, SQL, VBA
AI/ML Tools: Azure AI, OpenAI, TensorFlow (depending on depth)
Data Visualization: Power BI
Cloud platform: Azure
Skills:
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Solid project management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in process modeling and documentation in tools (e.g., Visio, BPM systems).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and automation tools.
Proficiency in scripting and system integration.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to travel US and international
Must be able to work a hybrid schedule based out of the Sandy Springs office

Pay Range: $110,000 USD - $125,000 USD
