What does a Graduate Project Manager do at Grayce?

You'll be placed on-site with one of our clients, working as part of their project delivery teams. Your role will focus on:

Supporting project delivery from planning through to execution and evaluation
Managing timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications
Monitoring and reporting project progress to senior managers
Helping to define scope, break down tasks and ensure everything runs smoothly
Finding smart solutions to blockers and bottlenecks
Learning and applying industry tools such as Critical Path Analysis, Resource Planning, and Agile or Waterfall methodology

As a Graduate Project Manager, you'll be the glue that holds the project together. A key contact who keeps everything on track, ensures everyone's aligned and communicates progress clearly to all stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

A 2:1 or above in any undergraduate degree
A passion for planning, problem-solving and people
Clear and confident communication skills
Strong organisation and time management
Analytical thinking with attention to detail
Adaptability and a growth mindset - you love learning and developing new skills
The right to work in the UK without sponsorship
