Job Specifications

Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer

Location: Plano, TX/Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Duration: 6-12 months (with possible extension)

Interview: 1st round video interview and 2nd round: Onsite interview. (coding, design, behavior)

(W2 Position)

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native solutions. You'll work closely with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to build secure, high-performance platforms and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-stack development for integration and platform engineering projects

Build solutions using Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, TypeScript, and AWS

Develop and implement secure authentication (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML)

Create SDKs, samples, and documentation to drive platform adoption

Implement RBAC/ABAC models for granular access control

Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, microservices & serverless

Solid AWS and cloud-native development knowledge

Deep understanding of OAuth2.0, OIDC, and identity platforms (Okta, Ping, ForgeRock)

Experience with real-time streaming and integration patterns

Bonus: Experience operating middleware or API platforms for enterprise use

Note:

(Exp in OAuth/ OpenID Connect (OIDC) and Java, Spring Boot. Requires Coding test in JAVA & Spring boot to submit resume)
