EDI Developer (IBM Sterling Commerce application & B2B Integrator) - Remote

Rate: DOE

Job Description

* 12+ years of hands-on experience on IBM Sterling Integrator version 5.2.6 or above.

* Knowledge and experience in developing, maintaining, supporting, and monitoring of IBM Sterling Commerce application and all different modules/pipelines.

* Lead the design, development, and deployment of EDI solutions using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.

* Good Knowledge and hands-on experience in business processes (BPML) and adapters within Sterling Integrator.

* Extensive exposure to map development formats like ANSI X12, XML, EDIFACT, CSV, Flat files, and JSON.

* Good understanding of communication protocols like FTP, SFTP, AS2, VAN.

* Knowing the supply chain will be an added advantage.

* Proficiency in DB2+SQL, XML, XSLT, Web services, APIs.

* Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and system performance.

* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior EDI developers.

* Experience with Agile Development practices, backlog refinements, sprint planning, and the retrospectives model.

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

* Should be a self-starter and independent learner.

* Analytical and Problem-solving skills are a must.

* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
