The Team & Technology

Small, multi-skilled engineering team focused on cloud-native and serverless solutions
Modern stack including TypeScript, Python, React, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Terraform
Emphasis on reuse, automation, and efficiency; strong culture of continuous improvement
Agile delivery methods with CI/CD pipelines and a pragmatic Scrum approach

Candidate Profile

Experienced Development Manager or Engineering Team Lead with a track record of building high-performing teams
Hands-on experience in multiple languages (TypeScript/Python preferred) and familiarity with cloud and data platforms
Exposure to Spark, React, Snowflake, Terraform, and AWS desirable
Understanding of machine learning and generative AI advantageous
Strong communicator who can engage with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
Passion for engineering excellence, scalable practices, and team development
