Job Description

We are looking for a Middle CRM Manager to join our team. Your main responsibilities will be:

Setting up promotions in the CRM system;
Collecting data on the results of completed promotions;
Evaluating the effectiveness of promotions and suggesting improvements;
Creating layouts for promotional emails, SMS, and messages;
Communicating with clients through various channels to inform them about new promotions and bonuses;
Developing new promotions and bonus programs to attract and retain clients;
Collaborating with the team to analyze customer needs and market trends;
Participating in the implementation of changes to improve customer satisfaction;
Assigning tasks to the copywriting team;
Supporting the technical team in resolving promotion-related issues.

Nice to have skills:

Experience in the gambling industry.

Qualifications

At least 1.5 years of experience in a similar role;
Experience in developing new bonus strategies;
Strong attention to detail and diligence;
Analytical skills and the ability to work with data;
Creativity and the ability to generate new ideas;
Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher).
