An mission driven real estate private equity firm in Midtown is seeking a proactive and polished Executive Assistant / Office Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and enjoys wearing many hats.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transportation)
Serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams
Organize meetings and events, including space, catering, materials, and A/V
Maintain office supplies, snacks, and beverages
Coordinate and obtain signatures for various legal documents from executives across the organization
Assist with special projects and provide general team support

Qualifications:

5+ years of related experience in an executive support and/or office management role
Highly organized, resourceful, and confident managing multiple priorities
