About The Role

As a Nuclear Code System Testing intern, you will support our nuclear design software testing team as we work on complex nuclear engineering software testing, software development, training, performance, and delivery of complex products and services.

You will report to the Software Sys Technology Manager and be located at our Cranberry location. This is a paid, full-time hybrid summer position.

Key Responsibilities

Receive training and feedback from experienced mentor, and mentor others
Develop a software automation tool to create efficiencies in methodology development and software testing
Document automation tool development activity
Develop a revision to a regression test matrix
Develop tests to verify code modifications for corrections and minor enhancements
Test Plans execution, review and analysis of test results and documentation of test results and conclusions

Qualifications:

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science
Minimum GPA of 3.0
US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Complete Sophomore year of college

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $22.69 to $27.50 per hour.
