Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Front End Developer with strong React.js expertise to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building scalable, user-friendly web applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Translate design mockups and wireframes into reusable front-end components.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Integrate APIs and work closely with backend teams to ensure smooth data flow.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of professional experience as a Front End Developer.
Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
Experience with state management tools (Redux, Context API, MobX, etc.).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
Proficiency with version control tools (Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket).
Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Next.js or other modern frameworks.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
