Job Title: React Developer

Location:Reston, VA (Onsite)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented React Developer to join our front-end development team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing modern, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of JavaScript, front-end architecture, and modern development practices. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new user-facing features using React.js and modern front-end technologies.
Build reusable, efficient, and maintainable components.
Collaborate with designers to ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services.
Optimize components for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Conduct code reviews, write clean and well-documented code.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve front-end issues across browsers and devices.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Strong experience with React.js, including its core principles and lifecycle methods.
Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
Good understanding of asynchronous operations and API integration.
Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards.
Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or Vite.
Proficient in version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with TypeScript and Next.js.
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and agile development processes.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2-5 years of professional experience in front-end development with a focus on React.js.
