We are looking for a Team Manager to join our leadership team in Harrods on a permanent contract.

You will lead a sales team from the shopfloor to achieve business and product category goals. You will develop and grow the talent within your team.

Proven experience as a Team/Department Manager within Fashion Luxury industry
Proven ability to drive results and organizational skills
Commercial awareness and business acumen
Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team
Strong communication skills
