The Role

As a Market Development Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, sparking interest in our innovative solutions and creating opportunities for our specialist consultants to shine. You'll be engaging, resilient, and motivated to exceed targets in a fast-paced environment where every call has the potential to unlock a new client relationship.

Your day-to-day will involve:

Making engaging outbound calls to targeted prospects with energy and professionalism
Qualifying leads, building rapport, and securing appointments for the wider sales team
Following up on tailored marketing campaigns and nurturing warm leads
Maintaining accurate CRM records and sharing valuable feedback to strengthen campaigns
Contributing to a collaborative, high-energy sales environment where teamwork drives success

Requirements
