The Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) is a dynamic, digital organization that supports the province's rapidly evolving condominium sector with information, education and dispute resolution services.

The CAO is a delegated administrative authority that supports condo living and enhances consumer protection by providing services and resources that reach all condo communities across Ontario. We are accountable to the government through an Administrative Agreement with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement. The seven-member board of directors provide strategic guidance and oversight of the organization.

Purpose of Position

As our AI Intern Engineer/ Developer, you'll be part of a squad of innovators working on projects that would create real life impact in the lives of the people of condo communities of the province of Ontario. You're not just writing code - you're critical to the team that is crafting the next generation of intelligent systems that will revolutionize how millions of people interact with government services.

About the Company
The CAO is a government consumer protection organization that provides information, education and dispute resolution services for condo communities. We provide guides and self help tools, a public registry of condos in Ontario, mandatory condo board director training and issue and dispute resolution resources, including through the Condominium Authority Tribunal, Ontario's first online Tribunal.
