Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Product Manager with a strong background in mobile application development, particularly within enterprise environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in large, structured organizations and has a proven track record of owning product lifecycles from conception through to delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring robust experience in both iOS and Android mobile ecosystems, with a particular emphasis on iOS. A background working in Fortune 500 companies, especially in payment systems, is absolutely essential. We are not seeking candidates from startup environments for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional Product and Operations teams to deliver high-quality digital products
Define and manage product roadmaps for mobile apps (iOS and Android preferred)
Write comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development
Drive projects from initial concept through to launch, including post-launch optimizations
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Utilize Agent Console workflows and ensure smooth integration into support and customer service platforms
Build and iterate on features that leverage push notification systems to enhance customer engagement and experience
Manage priorities and resource alignment in .NET or Salesforce product environments
Use metrics and KPIs to measure success and iterate product improvements accordingly

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience as a Digital/Product Manager focused on mobile applications
Deep experience with iOS mobile development (Android experience is a strong plus), with focus on device compatibility and functionality, as well as ensuring a consistent user experience within the enterprise's ecosystem of mobile products
Hands-on experience with push notification systems within mobile products
Demonstrated success delivering products in .NET and Salesforce-based platforms
Strong familiarity with Agent Console or similar ticketing/operational workflow tools
Must have worked within a Fortune 500 company
Must have payment industry experience--ideally with transaction flows, PCI compliance, or digital wallets
Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to manage stakeholders across business and technical teams
Demonstrated ability experience to communicate effectively across audiences, including delivering presentations to both executive leadership and cross functional project teams
Strong analytical mindset with ability to critically evaluate proposed solutions and assess downstream impacts on systems, processes, and stakeholders.
Ability to operate strategically, while also being hands on in execution
Must be self-directed, highly organized, and able to prioritize multiple initiatives
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, enterprise-level environment

Nice to Have:

Experience with Agile or SAFe product delivery models
Familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Firebase
UX/UI understanding to collaborate with design teams effectively
