What You'll Do

* Lead growth initiatives that expand our market presence and revenue.

* Identify and develop new business avenues (brokerage, partnerships, services) that create long-term scalability.

* Build and maintain lasting relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.

* Strengthen organizational structure, processes, and accountability to support growth.

* Collaborate directly with ownership to shape and execute our long-term vision.

* 8+ years in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related industries.

* Proven success in strategic growth and business development roles.

* Strong understanding of trucking operations and logistics markets.
