Role Title:

Technical Business Analyst

Location:

London Client, Canary Wharf, Unit 8, Canada Square, E14 5AH

(Hybrid 60% office / 40% home - 3 days in the office is mandatory)

Role Overview:

The pressing need is for a Technical Business Analyst that ideally has good DevOps experience and has worked with the following apps/tools:

Jira
Confluence
GitHub
Nexus/Sonatype
CI/CD / Jenkins
Deployment tooling (G3, Ansible)
Monitoring & logging tools

Key Skills & Experience:

5+ years' experience in banking / finance
Good written & verbal communication skills and people skills; ability to build good working relationships with team and wider stakeholders
Project experience across large matrix organisation
Ability to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements from stakeholders
Problem-Solving: Proven capability in identifying root causes, troubleshooting incidents, and developing effective solutions
Process Improvement: Experience in mapping, documenting, and analysing process flows to identify opportunities for automation and optimization within a DevOps context
Good working experience of Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Familiarity with database concepts and the ability to query and analyse data
Independent worker with a 'can do' attitude and a strong sense of ownership to get the job done
Experience with M&A, integrations, divestitures would be a plus
