Accounts Assistant - Financial Service.

Are you a recent finance or accounting graduate looking to start your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? This leading investment management firm is seeking a Management Accounts Assistant to join their growing finance team. With study support available, this role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in management accounting while building the foundations of a long-term career in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with preparation of monthly management accounting reports using Dynamics software
Support finance processes including invoice and expense administration (Accounts Payable and Receivable)
Handle day-to-day queries from internal teams and suppliers
Provide support across the finance team on both a proactive and reactive basis
Assist with statutory audits and preparation of financial records

Essential Skills

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, lookups)
Proactive, problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn

Desired Skills

Placement year or internship within a finance-related role
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
Exposure to management accounting or audit processes
