Job Description - Salesforce Business Developer

Location: Remote (France-based preferred, Paris office available)

Contract Type: 3-month rolling contract (guaranteed extensions, long term engagement)

Start Date: September / October 2025

Daily Rate: EUR500-700/day

About the Role:

Our client, a European leader in digital transformation and customer experience solutions, is seeking a Salesforce Business Developer to accelerate growth in the French market, with a strong focus on the fashion and luxury sectors -- a key strategic vertical they have been actively targeting.

This high-impact role blends business development with operational and delivery leadership, focused not only on generating new Salesforce business (particularly around Salesforce AI Agent solutions and implementation projects) but also on acting as a bridge between the teams in Germany and France to drive projects from inception through to faster delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business development for Salesforce solutions in France, with a strong focus on fashion and luxury brands.
Leverage your network and knowledge of the French Salesforce ecosystem to quickly generate opportunities and open doors.
Act as the primary commercial and operational interface between French clients and technical Salesforce teams in Germany and France.
Lead and coordinate activities to accelerate project kick-offs and shorten time to delivery, including sprint governance and cross-functional team coordination.
Support Salesforce implementation projects (Service Cloud, CTI, data integrations, AI use cases) and ensure client success.
Manage client relationships, ensuring strong communication between stakeholders.
Operate both strategically and hands-on, balancing sales generation with delivery oversight.
Oversee project budgets, vendor management, and other operational aspects of delivery.

Requirements:

Proven sales and business development experience in CRM solutions, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
Strong network within the French Salesforce ecosystem; ability to generate leads quickly.
Operational and delivery leadership experience, preferably as a Squad Lead, with hands-on management of cross-functional teams.
Solid understanding of Salesforce implementation (Service Cloud, data integrations, AI use cases, CTI) to communicate effectively with clients and technical teams.
Experience in project management, business analysis, and delivery acceleration.
Fluency in French (native not required) and strong English communication skills.
Background in the fashion or luxury sector is highly desirable.
Open to mid-level professionals - success depends on network, operational ability, and business impact rather than years of experience.
