We're looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our Tim Hortons team in Revelstoke, BC. If you are passionate about leading people, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence, this is the role for you!

What you'll do:

Lead daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant performance
Recruit, train, and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest service
Monitor sales, labour, and food cost targets while maximizing profitability
Drive other key performance indicators in line with Tim Hortons' brand promise
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations
Inspire a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

What we're looking for:

3+ years of leadership experience in the food service or hospitality industry
Strong people management and communication skills
Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement action plans
Hands-on leader with a passion for guest service
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
