Senior Internal Communications Manager - 9 to 12 Month Contract

Salary dependent on experience - London office 3 days a week, 2 from home.

You must be available within one month - ideal start date ASAP

We're working with a professional services organisation who looking for a talented and strategic Senior Internal Communications Manager to join their Internal Communications team on a 9 to 12 month fixed-term basis.

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping how they connect with their people, working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, clear, and consistent messaging. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about employee engagement and internal storytelling, with a strong editorial eye and a knack for innovative communication approaches.

What you'll be doing:

Designing and executing internal communication plans across multiple channels.
Collaborating with teams across the business to align messaging with strategic goals.
Leading the delivery of engaging internal events, including company-wide meetings and Townhalls.
Using data and feedback to refine and enhance communication effectiveness.

What we're looking for:

A strong communicator with excellent writing and editorial skills.
Confident in presenting ideas and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Curious and creative, with a keen interest in internal communications trends and tools.
Experienced in managing communications in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Professional services/financial experience would be preferred.

You'll be working alongside another Senior Internal Communications Manager and reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, as part of the Global Marketing team.
