Job Specifications

Salt are working with a global technology brand to find a Communications Manager on an initial 12-month contract, starting as soon as possible.

You’ll lead internal and executive communications activity across international markets, ensuring teams are connected, informed, and inspired by the company’s mission and leadership vision.

£480–£500 per day (inside IR35)
London (Hybrid)
ASAP start

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver internal communication strategies that align to global business priorities
Partner with senior leaders to shape clear, consistent messaging across international teams
Create engaging content for global channels including intranet, newsletters, and virtual events
Support executive communications, including leadership messaging and storytelling
Coordinate campaigns and employee engagement initiatives across APAC, EMEA, Canada, and LATAM
Track performance and continuously improve communication effectiveness through feedback and data

Requirements:

Proven experience in internal, corporate, or executive communications within large or global organisations
Strong writing and storytelling skills with an eye for clarity and tone
Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and managing complex communications plans
Strategic thinker with strong business understanding and emotional intelligence
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and matrixed environment
