Job Specifications

Hey! We're Huel, and we're pleased to meet you

Our culture thrives on high performance, and we set the bar high for new Hueligans who join us.

We invite you to read the advert below for our new Junior Growth Influencer Manager position to understand the role, and explore our 7 Huel values before applying to ensure we have the right working environment for you!

The role

We're on the hunt for a new Junior Growth Influencer Manager to help supercharge our influencer and podcast marketing efforts! You'll take full ownership of mid-tier influencer activity, support wider projects, and drive performance across campaigns. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic input, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and is excited to grow with a category-leading brand.

You'll need to be innovative, data-driven, and laser-focused on scaling customer acquisition efficiently - while ensuring the long-term profitability of those customers. Here's an insight into your day-to-day...

Influencer Program Management: Lead and scale UK Top-Tier and Mid-Tier influencer partnerships, securing talent deals at strong mutual value.
Project & Campaign Leadership: Manage projects with top-tier and celebrity talent, supporting launches, partnerships, and special campaigns (e.g., Limit Seekers + Science Advisory).
Performance Reporting: Track influencer and market performance, using data to make informed decisions, optimise campaigns, and identify growth opportunities.
Budget Management: Own budgets across influencer programs, allocating efficiently while balancing short-term CPA with long-term brand growth.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners.
Negotiations & Compliance: Lead negotiations, manage agreements, contracts, and usage rights in line with ASA and legal guidelines.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and social teams to integrate influencer content into wider campaigns and maximise impact.
Post-Campaign Analysis & Optimisation: Deliver in-depth post-campaign analyses to extract actionable insights, share learnings with the team, and continuously reshape strategy. Use these insights month after month to improve key metrics such as conversions, customer acquisition cost, and average order value.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Manage our Limit Seeker campaigns and support the Retail team to achieve their objectives by activating influencers for their campaigns.
Creative Strategy: Review and refine our briefing strategy month-on-month. Lead on connecting with Brand and Product teams to ensure messaging is up to date, products are well-represented, and campaigns tell compelling stories.

What we're looking for in you

This role will best suit someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in influencer marketing, podcasting, YouTube, or growth marketing, ideally in a brand or agency setting. You'll also need:

A strong grasp of performance marketing metrics (CPM, CAC, CPA, CTR, AOV) and experience translating data into actionable insights.
Have hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns, ideally within an in-house team structure.
To be a strategic, creative thinker with a growth mindset focused on ROI, scalability, and continuous improvement.
Has a solid grasp of the creator economy, with awareness of trends, best practices, and platform dynamics.
Is a clear communicator with confidence in influencer negotiations. This is going to be an essential for the role, along with experience in budget tracking and optimisation, even if not the final budget owner.
To be a collaborative team player who works well with cross-functional teams like performance marketing, PR, social and brand.
Bonus if you are familiar with tools like Podscribe, Upfluence, Creator Marketplace, or similar platforms.

And as always, we're on the lookout for new Hueligans who love a fast-paced environment and are always striving to be their best. We want people who aren't afraid to think differently and push boundaries. If you're all about setting big goals and believe that amazing things happen through creativity and teamwork, you'll fit right in at Huel!

What do we offer in return?

We know that at times, our teams face demanding pressures, and exceptional effort deserves meaningful rewards. That's why we've created a world-class perks and benefits program designed to support our Hueligans in achieving their best, both professionally and personally, while celebrating the global impact they're making!
