Our client is a small boutique agency with a wealth of experience and an extremely well connected, high billing director who does things properly.
His markets are: Energy Transition, Renewables, Decarbonisation & Data Centres, predominantly working with investment funds as well with techy start ups.
Fully Remote
PS35-50K basic (very negotiable/dependent on your billings) + excellent commission
Retained & Executive Search focus

What you'll be doing:
Building your market and network in the energy transition or data centre space
Selling and delivering high-value retained solutions
Working end-to-end across exec search processes
Growing something of your own inside a forward-thinking, boutique search firm
What you'll need:
Strong track record in retained (360) recruitment or executive search
Experience in Clean Tech, Investment, or Decarbonisation markets
Drive, maturity, and independence - this role is remote and autonomous by design
