Mackie Myers are currently recruiting for a growing restaurant group, based in Central London, to hire a head of Marketing. This is is a fantastic opportunity to shape brand strategy, elevate guest experience, and deliver measurable impact across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and budget, aligned to brand and sales goals.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting clear direction and driving performance.
Oversee brand development, including mission, values, tone of voice, and creative campaigns.
Drive customer acquisition and retention through digital, paid media, and CRM initiatives.
Partner with operations and commercial teams to maximise sales opportunities and improve booking efficiency.
Implement and optimise marketing technology platforms (Airship, Toggle, Sunday) to enhance effectiveness.

Personal Requirements

Proven marketing leadership experience within hospitality or restaurants (essential).
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering measurable ROI.
Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Creative, data-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
