Recruiting Coordinator

Location: NYC (Hybrid, 3x a week onsite)

Contract: ASAP start through September 2026

Pay Rate: $30.89/hr

Our client, a global leader in disruptive technology and innovation, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their rapidly growing team. About the Role:

You'll be the glue that holds the recruiting process together -- scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and supporting recruiters in building exceptional teams. The right person will thrive in an "all hands on deck" environment, balancing speed, organization, and a passion for candidate experience.

What You'll Do:

Manage interview scheduling and recruiting-related events across multiple teams.
Provide HR-related support by answering candidate and employee questions (benefits, comp, etc.).
Run and analyze recruiting reports, including ad hoc requests.
Partner with recruiters to refine programs and create innovative strategies to attract top talent.
Represent the company at networking events, meetups, and online forums to spread brand awareness.
Support a variety of recruiting and HR initiatives while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

What We're Looking For:

1-3+ years of experience in HR or recruiting coordination (both ideal).
Familiarity with ATS systems (iCIMS preferred) and reporting tools.
Strong organizational skills, integrity, and ability to follow through on tasks.
Excellent communication skills -- articulate on the phone, polished in email, and empathetic with candidates.
A natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style culture.
Motivated, adaptable, and willing to pitch in wherever needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience supporting high-volume recruiting in a fast-scaling environment.
