Client located in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract to hire position. Responsibilities will include gathering / documenting requirements based on business needs and communicating those requirements to the Product Owner. In addition, this person will diagram workflows and work closely with the software development team on a wide range of projects from new development, enhancements, bug fixes, etc.

Required

-Senior level business analysis experience (expert at eliciting and documenting requirements).

-Expertise with user stories, use cases and process flows.

-Strong understanding of the SDLC.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired

-Solid employment longevity.

-Both Agile and Waterfall.

-Visio, Miro, Draw, Lucidchart.

-Jira, Confluence.

-Smartsheet (huge plus).

-API documentation (huge plus).
