Job Specifications

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with 2-5+ years of experience to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is 90% full-stack development, requiring strong back-end skills in C# (.NET Core) and SQL (MSSQL) along with front-end experience in Blazor (preferred) or frameworks like React, Angular, or MVC. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative Agile environment, is comfortable with automated testing, and is eager to contribute to impactful projects with modern technologies. This is a contract-to-hire position that requires an onsite presence in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C# and SQL
Build and integrate front-end components (Blazor preferred; React/Angular/MVC also applicable)
Develop and optimize RESTful WebAPI services
Work within an Agile/Scrum environment for iterative delivery
Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks (unit testing, Selenium/Playwright, SpecFlow/Reqnroll)
Ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines using DevOps practices
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance, and security issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features

Requirements

2-5+ years of professional Full Stack Development experience
Expertise in C# (.NET Core) and SQL (MSSQL)
Front-end development experience (Blazor preferred; React, Angular, or MVC also accepted)
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and WebAPI development
Experience with automated testing frameworks
Familiarity with Agile SDLC and collaborative team environments
Bonus: exposure to SignalR, Redux/Flux, message queues, or microservices
