Job Title: Web Developer I

Location: Remote, West coast preferred

Duration: 12 Months (possibility of extensions)

We are seeking a Web Developer to join a dynamic team focused on building and maintaining marketing webpages for our client's AI Business Hub. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys innovation, and can lead web development efforts with a strong sense of ownership.

The ideal candidate will oversee projects focused on the AI site and marketing webpages, acting as the primary point of contact and driving execution from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

Lead and manage web development projects related to the AI site and marketing webpages, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

Website Development & Maintenance:

Design, develop, test, document, and maintain application programs and interfaces using CMS platforms.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Act as the primary point of contact for the website. Lead meetings, collaborate with project managers and a cross-functional team of 15, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Technical Documentation & Testing:

Create clear documentation, conduct thorough testing, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Innovation & Recommendations:

Proactively suggest improvements to the module system and CMS architecture. Bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to enhance user experience and team efficiency.

System Analysis & Support:

Troubleshoot and escalate production issues. Provide technical support and ensure smooth website operations.

Must-Have Skills:

Proven leadership experience (e.g., leading meetings, organizing presentations)

Familiarity with CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms, and project management tools

Creative and innovative mindset with a problem-solving approach

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Understanding of enterprise-level systems and workflows

Customer service orientation and stakeholder management experience
