Must haves

5+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow ITOM implementations.
5+ year's Strong understanding of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB processes.
5+ years proven ability to gather requirements, translate into stories/use cases, and validate with stakeholders.
5+ years' Experience with CMDB health, CSDM alignment, and ITOM process improvement.

Nice To Have

Excellent communication skills to bridge technical teams, business stakeholders, and governance boards.

Description

5+ years working as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow ITOM implementations.
