As an ideal candidate, you are a knowledgeable Contract and Supplier Manager with a strong background in managing supplier relationships and contracts in the energy sector. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders.

You are in charge of managing the suppliers' relationships for your categories of equipment through regular status meetings and visits.
You support internal stakeholders on topics related to suppliers.
You handle contract administration and manage contract changes effectively.
You conduct contract risk management, including risk assessment and implementation of mitigation measures.
You oversee contract performance management and handle contract claims efficiently.
You ensure proper documentation and archiving of contract-related materials.
You are responsible for reporting on supplier and contract performance.

What are we looking for?

You hold a Master's degree in a technical-commercial field or possess equivalent knowledge gained through experience.
You have at least 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, contract management, or strategic procurement within the energy sector.
You possess excellent communication skills, being fluent in English and at a good level in either French or Dutch.
You have a strong interest in technical aspects and projects.
You are proactive, solution-driven, and eager to take on responsibilities.
You are ready to travel occasionally to suppliers' factories or work sites.
You are familiar with SAP and have knowledge of the energy market (preferred but not mandatory).

You possess a work permit allowing you to work in Belgium.
You hold a valid residence permit confirming your right of residence in Belgium.
