Roles: Business Analyst - Insurance

Location: London, UK

Is it Permanent/ Contract: Open for both

Is it Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

Assist the product owner in gathering and documenting requirements.
Define and review functional requirements for the AI product's front end and back end.
Assist data science team in preparing source document for AI models.
Anonymising documents.
Document labelling.
Capturing the document content into structured output.
Analyse LLM/model outputs and validate against ground truth for chatbot accuracy.
Evaluate / analyze model accuracy in relation to business /functional factors through manual testing working with data science team.
Iterate taking feedback to the business and helping guide updates to improve accuracy (delivery)

Additional points :

General understanding of AI and RAG/Chatbots would be hugely beneficial
Insurance domain experience
