Job Specifications

Design and implement a reusable component library and technical standards for iOS and modern web applications (likely Java-based)

Lead rapid prototyping and development for two-to-four-week quick-win projects, using approaches like low-code/no-code (e.g., Power Apps) or vibe coding.

Ensure scalability and performance readiness for all front-end solutions.

Define and govern the front-end technology stack and integration patterns with backend services.

Mentor and support the developers in the Factory squads.

Required Experience - 7+ years in front-end development, with at least 3 years as an Architect or Lead on enterprise-level mobile and web applications.

Technical Skillsets -

Mobile: Expert in iOS development (Swift/Objective-C).

Web: Deep expertise in a modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and associated tooling.

Low-Code/Prototyping: Practical experience with Microsoft Power Apps/Power BI

Databricks web apps or similar low-code platforms for rapid prototyping.

Development: Strong experience with visual management and fast-paced development dynamics.
