Engineering Lead - Modern Fintech Startup | London (Hybrid)

We're looking for an Engineering Lead to help drive the next stage of their product's evolution. If you're passionate about building with modern technologies and want to lead a team in a fast-paced, startup environment, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Lead the architecture, design, and development of key platform features
Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into robust, scalable solutions
Mentor, guide, and grow a talented engineering team, while setting best practices for code quality, performance, and security
Stay hands-on with code, while also steering technical strategy and project planning
Champion an agile development process, ensuring efficient delivery and iteration

What We're Looking For:

Experience leading teams in a fast-growing startup environment
Strong backend development skills and experience with cloud-native technologies
Hands-on experience with modern fintech tools, APIs, and scalable systems
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing industry
Bonus: Experience in fintech, SaaS, or similar sectors
