Leverage large language models (LLMs) such as GPT to infer, theme, and address member friction, and advocate for data-driven solutions.
Utilize emerging AI tools (e.g., Glean, Copilot) to build agentic workflows, automate insights, and scale analytics capabilities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Operations, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Engineering, and other stakeholders to translate insights into strategic recommendations.
Build and scale analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions to democratize insights and enable self-serve analytics.
Coach and enable teams on analytics methodologies, tools, and best practices.
