The company is seeking a Director of AI Platform Engineering to lead the team that enables an AI-driven enterprise software platform. The role covers areas from CI/CD pipelines and developer experience to AI governance and observability, defining how engineers build, test, and ship technologies that power global enterprises. The goal is to shape the future of engineering productivity while ensuring AI is harnessed responsibly and at scale. Responsibilities
Lead the AI Platform Engineering team and guide the implementation of AI-driven platform capabilities.
Define and optimize CI/CD pipelines and developer experience to improve productivity.
Establish AI governance and observability practices to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant AI systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape the engineering roadmap and ensure responsible AI at scale. Compensation and Employment Details
Estimated pay range for this role is $222,000 - $288,000.
The starting salary will be based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
