Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual Mechanical Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to support data-driven initiatives within a quality engineering group at an leading aerospace company in Longueuil, QC. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of data science & its practical applications within mechanical engineering. This role is 5x a week onsite in Longueuil, QC.

Key Responsibilities:

- Extract and visualize manufacturing data to present to stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply management, quality, engineering) to ensure project alignment and progress

- Drive process control initiatives by identifying, processing, and utilizing manufacturing data effectively

- Provide regular updates and briefings to stakeholders and leadership

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of professional experience

- Exceptional communication skills in French & English

- Data science experience: extraction and visualization with Power BI & presentation to stakeholders

- Previous design experience (2D, 3D CAD modelling) with tools like CATIA, NX, or Creo

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Master's degree is a plus

- Experience leading technical projects in a manufacturing setting

- Familiar with Agile methodology

- Aerospace background
