Job Summary

We are seeking a high-impact Sr. GTM Program Manager / Marketing Ops Specialist to join our Strategic Initiatives, Planning & Operations team, dedicated to supporting Marketing, Communications, and Strategic Partnership teams at Intuit. The role involves driving planning and operations for GTM projects, creating and executing programs to improve team alignment and performance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and solutions-oriented critical thinker with a strong ability to work cross-functionally and deliver impactful results through well-conceived marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements

Establish operational and data-driven rigor with detailed project plans, metrics, and continuous process improvement.
Lead agile processes across multiple workstreams, ensuring resource allocation and task prioritization meet program objectives.
Document and manage an end-to-end program plan, providing a centralized view of milestones and coordinating across teams.
Track project deliverables, key milestones, and drive risk mitigation plans with clear resolution paths.
Drive integrated GTM meetings, manage overall delivery plan, and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders.

Must Have Skills

Proven expertise in project management within a large-scale marketing team.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks and proactively manage them.
Experience in agile program methodologies and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Google Suite), leveraging these for continuous process improvement.

Industry Experience:

Prior experience within marketing operations in a large enterprise or tech-focused industry is highly preferable.
