Job Specifications

We are seeking a Mid to Senior Data Analyst to join our team and drive impactful business insights across a fast-paced, enterprise environment. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in SQL, data visualization, and reporting, combined with the ability to communicate data-driven findings effectively to stakeholders. Experience working in large companies and leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets.
Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI (or similar tools such as Tableau, Looker, etc.).
Utilize Microsoft Excel to manipulate, model, and analyze complex data sets.
Create and deliver compelling presentations and reports using PowerPoint for internal business teams and leadership.
Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, generate or refine SQL queries, and validate query outputs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with business units to understand analytical needs and provide data-driven insights.
Present findings and recommendations clearly and confidently to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across various sources and systems.

Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL in a business or analytics environment.
Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling).
Proficiency in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations for business audiences.
Familiarity with AI tools to aid in data analysis or query development (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders and business users.
Experience working in large, enterprise environments.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
Must currently reside in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Comfortable working onsite or in a hybrid setup as required.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, or cloud platforms (AWS)
Knowledge of business operations in finance, marketing, or operations analytics.
Background in statistics or data science is a plus.
