Product Manager - Technical (Ecommerce & Order-to-Cash | Mobile Applications)

What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end ecommerce and order-to-cash experience -- including product catalog, ordering, invoicing, billing, tax, and payment workflows.
Define product requirements, write detailed user stories, and partner closely with engineering, UX, and operations teams to deliver customer-facing mobile and web solutions.
Drive feature definition, prioritization, and roadmap alignment.
Work across business, engineering, and field service teams to enable seamless activation and management of customer services.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in telecom, broadband, or SaaS/ecommerce environments.
Strong understanding of order-to-cash (OTC) processes -- including billing, payments, invoicing, and tax.
Background in or familiarity with telecom or connectivity services (mobile, broadband, satellite, or related).
Experience defining requirements for mobile or web applications that serve end customers.
